Medley’s interest in business and non-profits was sparked at a young age, leading him to establish his first business venture at the age of 15. Since then, he has cultivated an impressive portfolio, founding or opening more than six companies and non-profit organizations. Among his entrepreneurial endeavors are the MB Group, Launch Cooperative, The Mobile Chamber, Young Entrepreneurs of the North Shore, and Front & Center Theatre.

Currently, Medley is the Owner and Creative Director at Medley Creative Group, alongside holding positions such as President of Beverly Homecoming, President of the Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce, Vice President of the Beverly Farms Improvement Society, Vice President of Beverly 400+, and Board Member of the West Beach Corporation and the Beverly Holiday Parade.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Medley’s engagement in the community extends to his passion for community, music, and the performing arts. Evident from a young age, he embarked on his journey of community involvement by assuming the role of Youth Representative to the Board of Directors for the New London Theatre in Atlanta, GA, at the age of 16. Subsequently, he lent his expertise as an Advisory Committee Member for the newly reopened Cabot Theatre from 2015 to 2017, served as Vice President of the North of Boston Arts Center from 2011 to 2013, and served on the City of Beverly’s Financial Forecasting Committee and as Citizen Representative on the Beverly Public School Committee’s Finance & Facilities Committee from 2018-2020.

In recognition of his outstanding community contributions, Medley’s accomplishments have been celebrated over the years. His nomination for the Beverly Chamber of Commerce “Young Entrepreneur of the Year” award in 2012 culminated in a win in 2013, honoring Medley as the youngest business owner and chamber member in the city of Beverly. Additionally, his dedication to community welfare was honored with the HomeWell Care Services “Community Heroes Award” in 2020, highlighting his pivotal role in supporting the local business community during the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Medley was also a member of the City of Beverly’s COVID-19 Emergency Business Support Taskforce in 2020. Further underscoring his commitment to civic duty, Medley was awarded the title of Citizen of The Year in 2022 by the Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce, commending his exemplary service, leadership, and fortitude in advancing the Greater Beverly community’s interests.
