Jolie Tea Company serves afternoon tea, high tea, prix fixe lunch, and a deep list of tea flights from two North Shore locations — 316 Derby Street in Salem and 192 Cabot Street in Beverly.
In a business built on atmosphere, the printed pieces guests hold — the menu in their hands, the card in their bag, the tin they take home — carry as much of the brand as the room itself.
Medley Creative Group has partnered with Jolie since 2011 across print and digital: designing the menus and collateral guests touch, creating seasonal promotions, and helping both salons get found online.
A menu that reads like an invitation.
Jolie’s menu carries a lot — a prix fixe lunch, high tea service, à la carte options, iced “Vogue Teas,” macaron pairings, and a dozen named tea flights. We organized it into clear panels framed in gold rules, set it in classic serif type, and wrapped the outside in lush botanical illustration so it feels like part of the table setting.

Jolie sells tea to take home, so the brand has to travel. We designed tea tin labels and branded merchandise like the Witch’s Brew mug — named for one of Jolie’s Halloween teas — that turn a favorite blend into a gift.

Jolie is more than afternoon tea. When the salon hosts evening events, we design the pieces that fill the room: a botanical invitation for a Champagne and sparkling wine tasting at the Beverly salon, and a rosy, sparkling Apéro Hour graphic that brings the same elegance to a night out.

One signature, every address.
Over the years we’ve worked together, Jolie has welcomed guests in Salem, Hamilton, and Beverly. Through every chapter, the same botanical flourish and classic serif wordmark have carried the brand, from a Salem poster on Essex Street to a print ad for the Hamilton shop on Bay Road to the logo mug guests take home.

Jolie’s Shopify site handles tea sales, gift cards, reservations, and events for both locations. In 2026 we completed a full SEO audit across Jolie’s two domains — istheteainyou.com and joliereservations.com — so both the Salem and Beverly salons show up when people search.
